Bad Astronomy

2 true facts:
-Because of the distance that the television station was dealing with when the astronauts were transmitting video there really would have been a delay
-It was defiantly true that there could be a comet the size of, or bigger than, Mount Everest

2 false things:
-the guy that played captain tanner was not actually the last guy to land on the moon
the last two people on the moon were Commander Eugene A. Cernan and Harrison H. Schmitt in 1972
-it wouldnt be possible to drill the hole in the asteroid because of all of the different components that make up and asteroid like ice and rock and all that crazy matter

The Sky at Night:
before: i dont understand the sky at night, or the day for that matter. im terrible at finding the stars and picking things out. i know the moon, the big and little dipper, the milky way, and Orion's belt when you can see it.
after: all stars emit every color of the rainbow
starlight is not bright enough to see anything with
Polaris isnt the brightest star in the sky
